Memories: Freezing in a Pumpkin Patch

Last fall, my sister wanted the whole family to go with her to the pumpkin patch so my niece could experience it for the first time.  Unfortunately, she kept pushing it off until it was almost winter so the pumpkin patch was going to close.  This left the only available day for a visit in the middle of a massive cold freeze with bone-chilling winds. Locks of Love Donation … And I’m Nervous (Before and After Pictures)

Over the past year, I have grown my hair out to donate it to a charity called Locks of Love that creates custom-tailored hair pieces for children suffering from cancer (and the unfortunate side-effect of baldness, which comes from full-scale chemotherapy and radiation treatment).  They aren't wigs - they will actually fit each child's head and no one can tell the difference - they can even swim without a problem.
