Got around to having a late lunch at my desk; a homemade salad comprised of spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, grape tomatoes, chicken, dried cherries, croutons, cinnamon, black pepper, and sliced almonds, drizzled with a cinnamon pear vinaigrette, served with a cold Perrier sparkling water. It was delicious.

Going back through the past 12 years, some of the biggest, best things I’ve done have been during these periods.
