My grandma Ruby is finally on Facebook.  As a result, we got her playing the Tycoons game that I have been obsessed with for the past few months (as evidenced by the total blog posts I've written about it).  Since my last update, I've increased my net worth in the game from almost nothing when I started two months ago to roughly $6 billion today. My (Almost) Three Year Old Niece Has the Saving Money Gene

My niece, who turns three this fall, has somehow come to associate me with money (or as she calls them, "monies"). When she goes to visit my grandma Ruby, which is her great grandmother, she gets to save up an allowance in a bank bag for when they go shopping or out on the town. A Night at the Casino

Ruby wanted to visit a much larger casino, so Aaron and I took her to the Ameristar casino in Kansas City and she treated us to dinner and a bit of gambling money (with firm instructions that I *had* to spend it in the casino - I was not allowed to pocket it and invest it, as is my habit with everything that flows into my life - which made me laugh because my family knows me well). Four New 64 Gigabyte iPads for the Business!

After dropping Jocelyn off at the airport yesterday morning, Aaron and I went to Barnes & Noble to get a range of additional business books. We then returned home, Aaron decided to go to his parents' house and paint Easter eggs with his nephew and mom.
