You Have to Try This Recipe for Red Potatoes with Lemon and Chives
For my fellow cooks out there, America’s Test Kitchen has published a recipe for braised red potatoes with lemon and chives that is beyond delicious. It immediately became our permanent recipe. I can’t imagine having them any other way now that I’ve experienced these. I highly recommend you go get the recipe for yourself. It’s simple, but the preparation they use makes all the difference.
We tried the braised red potatoes with lemon and chives from America’s Test Kitchen recently. It, alone, is worth the subscription price of $34.95 per year. You can click to enlarge and see them up close.

Every time you claim a recipe is "simple" or "easy" it results in me re-enacting the firebombing of Dresden in my kitchen ಠ_ಠ

This one involves just water and the link has a video that walks you through the entire process step-by-step so you can watch it be done as if you were being taught individually. If you manage to catch it on fire, you have missed your calling as as a firebender. I promise.

Thank you for this- I just made these potatoes for less than $3 total, and and they were excellent. After the initial prep, you can walk away and focus on other things for about 20 minutes, then come back and they're done. I added a little more garlic, and a little more lemon, but that's just my preference.
